Bilingual Logistics Sales Representative

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships? Warren Transport is looking for a bilingual National Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and grow our U.S. and Mexico cross-border freight business.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to develop new customer relationships, grow existing accounts, negotiate freight rates, and make a direct impact on business growth. We're looking for a self-starter who is driven by results, comfortable navigating sales challenges, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

• Develop New Business: Prospect and identify new freight opportunities to expand our customer base and grow revenue.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers, becoming a trusted resource for their transportation needs.
• Grow Accounts: Proactively secure repeat business, solicit additional loads, and identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Drive Cross-Border Growth: Develop customer relationships and freight opportunities involving U.S. and Mexico cross-border transportation.
• Negotiate Rates: Work with management to negotiate competitive freight rates and secure profitable business.
• Overcome Challenges: Navigate objections, resolve obstacles, and identify solutions that move sales opportunities forward.
• Coordinate Across Teams: Partner with internal departments and management to communicate customer needs and support a seamless customer experience.
• Support Customer Onboarding: Help new customers transition into Warren Transport's freight network and establish successful working relationships.

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A results-driven approach with the persistence to overcome objections and setbacks.
• A strong work ethic, high integrity, and a commitment to customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• An established book of business in truckload transportation, freight, or logistics.
• 12 years of phone, internet, or business-to-business sales experience.
• Previous experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or freight sales.
• Experience prospecting, developing new accounts, negotiating rates, and growing existing customer relationships.
• A four-year degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.

The essential functions of the role depend on in-person oversight, coaching, and real-time collaboration with management and operations staff. Remote work would remove the employee from direct supervision and eliminate the immediate coaching, escalation support, and call monitoring that the position requires. Because these functions are essential to the role, and remote work would not allow the employee to perform them effectively, working from home is not a reasonable or effective accommodation.
