A diabetes and chronic care clinic in Highwood, IL is hiring a Bilingual LPN to join their team!
Duties:
Assist healthcare providers with taking patients vitals.
Perform basic life support and emergency medical procedures as needed.
Document patient histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately.
Call patients to provide lab work results.
Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and preventive care strategies.
Assist with answering phone calls and other administrative work as needed.
Experience:
Blood draws and labs
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Bilingual Spanish Required
Requirements:
• Active IL RN license (NO compact license!) • Minimum 1 year of clinic experience • BLS certification required • Previous experience working with chronic care patients preferred
