Multiple schedule options available. Part time and full time options.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and room patients, recording vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints
- Assist physicians and providers with clinical procedures and pain management treatments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR/EHR systems
- Prepare exam rooms, ensuring proper sterilization and stocking of medical supplies
- Coordinate lab work, referrals, and medication prior authorizations as needed
- Assist with patient and pharmacy calls
Requirements:- Bilingual in English and Spanish required, both written and verbal
- Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) preferred
- Previous back office or clinical medical assistant experience required
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, or specialty care is a plus
- Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and medical documentation
- Strong phlebotomy and injection administration skills
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume clinical setting
