Full-Time ?️ Bilingual English/Spanish Required A well-established, single-physician private practice in East Memphis is looking for an experienced Bilingual Medical Receptionist to join their team immediately! We are looking for someone who is professional, outgoing, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy medical office environment. What You’ll Be Doing: • Greeting patients and managing patient check-in/check-out • Answering phones and assisting patients • Scheduling and confirming appointments • Verifying insurance coverage and patient information • Working within Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems • Receiving and posting patient payments • Balancing and closing out end-of-day receipts • Managing incoming and outgoing referrals • Providing additional front-office support as needed What We’re Looking For: ✔️ Previous medical front desk/reception experience required ✔️ Fluent in both English and Spanish ✔️ Experience with insurance verification ✔️ Familiarity with Electronic Health Records ✔️ Strong multitasking and organizational skills ✔️ Friendly, professional communication skills ✔️ Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical practice Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 7:00 AM–4:30 PM. Hours are shared/overlapped with other receptionists, so there is some flexibility. The position also includes an occasional half-day Saturday, approximately every other month, with flexibility among the reception team for scheduling.
