Previous healthcare front office, patient registration, or medical records experience.Responsibilities: Greet patients professionally and provide exceptional customer service. Check patients in for appointments and accurately enter/update demographic and insurance information. Make appointment reminder calls and verify patient information. Scan patient documents into the electronic medical record (EMR). Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily clinic operations. Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurses, and Clinicians to ensure efficient patient flow.
