Bilingual Onsite Performance Manager

Morales Group is looking for a Bilingual On-Site Performance Manager to serve as the primary liaison between our client and our workforce, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and employee success. In this role, you'll: Partner closely with client leadership to deliver outstanding service and workforce solutions. Manage the day-to-day operations of an onsite contingent workforce, including onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, and performance management. Drive employee engagement, retention, and safety while ensuring compliance with client and company requirements. Monitor key performance metrics, conduct business reviews, and collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet current and future staffing needs. Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and clients, helping create a positive workplace and successful partnership. Work on the weekend -every Friday, Saturday & Sunday 2nd shift 5pm-5am.
