Maytag Water Treatment Systems is expanding throughout the Tampa Bay market, and we're looking for experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) In-Home Sales Representatives who know how to connect with homeowners, deliver a strong presentation, and close.

We provide pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments DAILY. Your job is to show up, run a professional presentation, demonstrate the value of our whole-home water treatment systems, and close the deal.

No spending your entire day cold calling trying to find someone to talk to. Our multiple marketing channels generate opportunities and put qualified homeowners on your schedule so you can focus on what successful salespeople do best: SELL.

What You'll Do

• Run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments
• Meet directly with homeowners throughout your assigned territory
• Conduct professional in-home water evaluations
• Demonstrate Maytag Water Treatment Systems
• Identify homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present purchasing and financing options
• Handle objections and close sales
• Follow up with customers and manage your territory
• Generate referrals and additional business from your customer base

We're expanding throughout:

Tampa • Spring Hill • St. Petersburg • Bradenton and surrounding areas

Representatives must have reliable transportation and be comfortable traveling throughout their assigned territory.

Who We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• In-home or outside sales experience strongly preferred
• High-ticket closing experience is a major plus
• Strong presentation and closing skills
• Confident handling objections face-to-face
• Competitive and motivated by commission
• Self-motivated and able to manage a territory
• Reliable personal transportation
• Valid driver's license

Experience in water treatment, solar, roofing, HVAC, windows & doors, remodeling, pest control, security, home improvement, automotive, insurance, or other high-ticket sales translates extremely well into this opportunity.

Compensation

Commission Only – No Base Salary
