    Bilingual Patient Access Representative

    Full-Time | Monday-Friday | No weekends or holidays

    The Bilingual Patient Access Representative serves as a vital connection between our Spanish speaking patients and healthcare providers by delivering exceptional customer service and scheduling support. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments through multiple communication channels, including telephone, Solutionreach, and the electronic medical record (EMR) system. Additional duties include rescheduling appointments as needed, processing incoming referrals, assisting with patient communications and mailings, and supporting departmental projects during periods of lower call volume.
     

    Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Fully fluent in all areas of English/Spanish required

    • Previous experience in a healthcare setting strongly preferred

    • Experience using multi-line telephone systems and computer applications

    • Excellent customer service and communication skills

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced office environment
