Bilingual Physician Assistant | Phoenix, AZ
$165,000 – $175,000 | Full-Time

Supervising physician in place. No prior authorizations. Real support staff.

We're a busy outpatient clinic in the Phoenix metro treating personal injury and workers' compensation patients. We're part of an integrated multi-specialty network, so you have imaging, diagnostics, and specialist support available when a case needs it. Treatment follows the patient's clinical presentation and findings, not what a plan will approve.

Schedule

Full-time, five days a week. Some providers work Monday through Friday, others work Tuesday through Saturday, with Saturdays being half days. We'll work with you on which schedule fits.

What you'll do

Initial injury evaluations and follow-up visits, treatment plan development and management, ordering and interpreting imaging and labs, and coordinating referrals when clinically indicated. You'll have MA and front office support handling rooming, intake, and records.

You'll get onboarding and an experienced clinical and administrative team alongside you from day one.

What we're looking for

  • Active Arizona PA license, or license-eligible
  • NCCPA certification
  • DEA registration or eligibility
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Charting and reporting are in English.
  • Comfortable with musculoskeletal assessment and thorough charting
We have a supervising physician in place,  PAs at any stage of licensure are welcome to apply. Certification for collaborative practice is a plus, not a requirement. New grads with solid MSK exposure are welcome, and personal injury, occupational medicine, or workers' comp experience is a plus rather than a prerequisite.

Compensation and benefits

  • $165,000 – $175,000 base, depending on experience
  • Paid time off plus paid holidays
  • Malpractice coverage provided
  • Arizona license and DEA renewal reimbursed
Why this practice

This is a growing practice with real infrastructure behind it. You'll have support staff, defined workflows, and leadership that listens when something isn't working. Your time goes to patient care rather than administrative cleanup.
