Are you an experienced production leader looking to join a growing manufacturing operation? We are seeking a Bilingual Production Lead (English/Spanish) to support a fast-paced facility that produces and distributes high-quality metal poster artwork. This is an exciting opportunity to join the company's first U.S. manufacturing and logistics location and play a key role in team leadership and production success.

Pay & Benefits

• $22.00 per hour
• Time-and-a-half for all hours worked over 40 per week
• Double-time pay for all hours worked over 50 per week
• $1.00/hour increase upon full-time conversion
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential

Schedule

1st Shift

• Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM OR
• Wednesday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Peak Season Expectations

Starting the week of Black Friday:

• Shifts will move to 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
• Facility may operate 7 days per week for approximately 3 weeks
• Significant overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of production associates to meet daily production goals
• Train, coach, and motivate employees while maintaining a positive work environment
• Monitor attendance, productivity, quality, and safety performance
• Assist with scheduling, shift communication, and workflow coordination
• Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Ensure policies, procedures, and safety standards are followed
• Support production, packaging, shipping, and logistics operations
• Serve as a communication bridge between leadership and production associates

Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment required
• Proven experience training, coaching, and directing employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage employee performance and ensure accountability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to work overtime and extended schedules during peak season- This will be for EVERYONE!
