Bilingual Real Estate Agent

We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Agent who is fluent in English and Spanish and motivated to grow a successful career in the real estate industry.

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with buyers and sellers
• Guide clients through every stage of the purchase and sale process
• Develop your business through prospecting, consistent follow-up, and referrals
• Communicate confidently with clients in both English and Spanish

To support your success, you’ll receive access to professional coaching, comprehensive training, marketing resources, and PLACE technology—helping you stay organized and dedicate more time to serving your clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers and follow up with leads consistently.
• Meet with clients, learn what they need, and help them understand their options.
• Show homes and guide buyers through the process in English or Spanish based on the client’s preference.
• Help buyers and sellers understand the market, pricing, offers, and what to expect next.
• Write and negotiate offers and stay involved from contract through closing.
• Look for off-market opportunities that could make sense for your clients.
• Keep your client database organized and follow up with leads, current clients, past clients, and your sphere.
• Take part in weekly 1:1 coaching, team training, Partner Calls, and other team activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Active Arkansas real estate license, or currently working through the coursework needed to get licensed.
• Comfortable talking with people, asking questions, and building relationships.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain things clearly.
• Willing to prospect, follow up, and stay consistent. A real estate pipeline takes regular work.
• Organized and able to keep track of several clients, conversations, and deadlines.
• Open to coaching and willing to learn the team’s scripts, systems, and processes.
• Available full-time, including evenings and weekends when a client needs you.
