Must have previous experience in reception or administrative support
Previous staffing, recruiting, or HR experience preferred
Supporting daily office operations while actively recruiting and onboarding candidates
Will be based out of our Houston office while also assisting and “floating” remotely with other departments including Payroll, HR, and additional administrative teams as needed
Managing front desk and reception duties
Answering and directing incoming phone calls professionally
Greeting applicants, employees, and visitors
Scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring activities
Assisting with onboarding paperwork and compliance documents
Maintaining applicant and employee records
Providing excellent customer service to applicants and clients
Supporting management with additional office and administrative tasks as needed
Strong organizational and time management abilities required
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced office environment
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations
Professional communication and interpersonal skills required
Detail-oriented, dependable, and self-motivated
Reliable attendance and punctuality required
Must be able to commit to a full 40-hour work week
