Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English and have experience in recruiting for a variety of positions. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract and retain top talent

- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions within the company

- Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to reach potential candidates

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct reference and background checks

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process

- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote the company and attract potential candidates

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English (written and verbal)

- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably in a bilingual setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
