Pay: $60,000–$70,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, bilingual Recruiter to join a manufacturing company and support hiring efforts in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone with 1–5 years of recruiting experience who enjoys connecting with candidates, building relationships, and helping meet high-volume staffing needs.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable managing multiple openings, and eager to contribute to a collaborative recruiting team. We are looking for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys staying involved throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for manufacturing and production positions.

• Manage high-volume recruiting activities to meet hiring goals and staffing deadlines.

• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels.

• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Communicate with candidates in both English and Spanish throughout the recruiting process.

• Maintain accurate candidate records, applicant tracking systems, and recruiting documentation.

• Coordinate offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities.

• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and candidate qualifications.

• Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• 1–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, production, or high-volume hiring.

• Experience sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment.

• Proficient with computers, recruiting systems, and Microsoft Office.

• Full-time, fully onsite position.
