Bilingual Sales Representative – Payroll & HR Solutions

We believe in transparent pricing, strong relationships, and making business owners' lives easier. We're looking for an experienced bilingual sales professional to grow our client base in El Paso. You'll manage the entire sales process--from identifying opportunities and building relationships to presenting solutions and closing business. What You'll Do Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, local outreach, networking, and referrals. Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers to understand their payroll, HR, and workforce needs. Conduct discovery meetings and product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's business. Prepare proposals, explain pricing, address objections, negotiate terms, and close sales. Manage incoming leads while consistently developing your own sales pipeline. Build referral partnerships with accountants, insurance professionals, and other business contacts. Maintain accurate prospect records, sales activity, and follow-up tasks in our CRM. Meet established sales goals and provide regular pipeline updates. Coordinate with our payroll and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition for new clients. Represent WRXForce at local business events and networking opportunities. What You Bring At least 4 years of B2B sales experience, with demonstrated success generating new business and meeting sales goals. Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to conduct business conversations and presentations in both languages. Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, negotiation, and closing. Confidence initiating conversations with business owners by phone and in person. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through. Comfort using CRM software, virtual meeting platforms, and business technology. The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of results. Availability to attend client meetings and business events throughout the El Paso area. Preferred: Experience selling payroll, HR, HCM, SaaS, or related business services. An established local business or referral network is a plus.
