Pay:
- Unlicensed / Entry Level: $17.40 / hour base + uncapped commission
- Licensed (Active CA P&C License): $19.00 / hour base + uncapped commission
- Perks: Paid Time Off (PTO) + performance bonuses
What You’ll Do:
- Chat with English and Spanish-speaking clients to help them find the right insurance coverage.
- Prepare quotes and answer questions for new and existing customers.
- Help clients with policy updates, payments, and account questions.
- Deliver awesome customer service to keep our local clients happy.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and comfortable talking on the phone.
- Willingness to study for and pass the CA Property & Casualty license exam (we help you through it!).
- Able to work in-person at our San Marcos, CA office (35 hours/week).
