Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service representative needed immediately for a long term temporary assignment at an East Boston corporation. HOURS: Full Time - Monday, Wednesday, Friday alternating shifts of 6:50am to 3:20pm & 8:45am to 5:15pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays alternating shifts of 6:50am to 3:20pm and 10:45am to 7:15pm; and every other Saturday 7:50am to 2:45pm.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service and efficiently handling patron issues
- Process applications for walk-in patrons
- Perform account maintenance, including account changes, transponder changes, re-certifications, additional tag requests, replenishments, adjustments, and statement requests
- Assist in the reduction of Production backlog (i.e. web applications, add tag requests, etc.)
- Contact customers for additional account information
- Prepare reports to include daily Walk-In Report
- Audit work for accuracy
- Cash out and prepare deposit at end of shift
- Assist in opening and closing the office as needed
