Duties
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while providing accurate information
  • Manage and distribute incoming emails to appropriate departments

  • Coordinate outgoing shipments and office correspondence
  • Monitor office supply inventory and reorder as needed

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
