Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into loyal clients by utilizing effective scripts and tailored support
• Proactively reach out to potential clients and network connections with a warm, engaging approach
• Participate in sales meetings, team sessions, and weekly coaching to enhance your skills continuously
• Build authentic, long-term relationships with clients through meaningful interactions
• Manage daily follow-up tasks efficiently using the PLACE CRM system (Brivity)
• Support team initiatives by taking part in open houses, events, and incentive programs
• Establish a reliable client base through consistent dedication and attentive service
• Communicate fluently with both Spanish and English-speaking clients and contacts
