Bilingual Technical Support

One of our manufacturing clients is looking for detail-oriented BilingualTechnical Support (Maintenance) at Chicago, IL location

**Shift: **1st shift

**Pay Rate: **$60k-$70k

Responsibilities:

• Review automotive and commercial vehicle technical information, maintenance guidelines, and service specifications to identify relevant details and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Evaluate vehicle repair and maintenance requirements by reviewing reported issues, consulting with repair facilities, examining service histories, and verifying scheduled maintenance needs.

• Prepare and process purchase orders for vehicle repairs and maintenance services, obtaining the necessary approvals before authorizing work.

• Communicate repair estimates and service recommendations to customers, explain associated costs, obtain approvals, and address questions or concerns.

• Coordinate towing services and temporary transportation arrangements when required.

• Review manufacturer warranties and service agreements to determine coverage eligibility, limitations, and applicable exclusions.

• Maintain accurate vehicle maintenance records, including service requests, repair recommendations, customer communications, and corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in automotive maintenance, fleet maintenance, vehicle repair coordination, or a related field.

• Knowledge of automotive and commercial vehicle maintenance, repair processes, and service terminology.

• Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to review technical information, maintenance records, service estimates, and invoices accurately.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
