As Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator, you are the person who keeps freight moving and paperwork airtight. You will coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare and process Bills of Lading, schedule pickups and deliveries, and keep drivers, carriers, customers, and the warehouse crew all on the same page.
When the floor needs an extra set of hands, you climb onto a sit down forklift and get it done. Half of this job lives in the details. The other half lives on the dock.
- Run the daily rhythm of warehouse and logistics activity from first truck to last
- Coordinate every inbound and outbound shipment so nothing slips through the cracks
- Prepare, review, and process BOLs (Bills of Lading) and all the shipping documents that go with them
- Double check the numbers that matter: quantities, weights, pallet counts, and delivery details
- Hand drivers and carriers the right BOLs and documentation before they roll out
- Collect and keep signed BOLs and PODs (Proof of Delivery) so every load has a clean paper trail
- Schedule truck pickups and deliveries and keep the dock running on time
- Keep drivers, carriers, customers, and the warehouse team in the loop on shipment status

- Enter and update shipment information in the WMS, TMS, and other company systems
- Help with inventory tracking and shipment reconciliation
- Verify orders for accuracy before anything leaves the building
- Pitch in on receiving, shipping, and warehouse paperwork, including time on the forklift
- Spot discrepancies, delays, or problems early and flag them to management right away
- Keep BOLs, shipping records, and logistics files organized and easy to find
- Follow every warehouse safety procedure and company policy, no shortcuts
- Support the warehouse wherever you are needed, because good teams cover for each other
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. You will switch between both all day with drivers, carriers, and teammates
- Experience driving a sit down forklift is a must. You should be confident and safe moving loads on your own
- Logistics or warehouse experience is strongly preferred
- A sharp eye for detail and a habit of checking things twice
- Organized enough to keep a dozen moving pieces straight in a fast paced environment
- Comfortable working in a WMS, TMS, or similar system, or quick to learn one
- A calm, clear communicator who can solve a problem before it becomes a bigger one
