Biller/ Account Receivable

A Biller / Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist is responsible for preparing and processing invoices, tracking payments, managing outstanding balances, resolving billing discrepancies, and ensuring that payments are collected accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and send out invoices to patients for services rendered at Chiro Center One
• Process payments received and update accounting records accordingly
• Follow up on unpaid invoices and late payments
• Handle billing inquiries from patients and insurance companies
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and prepare reports for management

Essential Qualifications:

• Proficiency in billing software and accounting systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and colleagues
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Desired Experience:

1-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare or medical office setting

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $27.55 - $35.60 per hour
