**Billing & Accounts Receivable Coordinator — Akron, OH**

Pay: $55,000 – $65,000 + bonus potential

Love keeping the numbers clean? A well-regarded Northeast Ohio accounting and advisory firm wants a Billing & AR Coordinator to keep invoices, collections and payables running smoothly.

What you'll do:

- Prepare and send client invoices and track WIP

- Apply payments, manage aging and handle collections

- Process vendor invoices and reconcile statements

- Handle daily deposits, reconciliations and recurring reports

- Provide backup for front office and tax processing

What you bring:

- 3+ years in billing, AR/AP or accounting operations

- Professional services or CPA firm experience preferred

- Strong Excel and Outlook skills; open to AI tools like Copilot
