Job Description
Engagement Description –
Responsible for analysis and review of routine and complex billing inquiries received by ASC customers in Small, Middle, and Key & Large group space. Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of group customer billing systems, as well as supporting month end financial activities.

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills (contract agency testing preferred).
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reporting.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
• Experience in customer-driven environments.
• Billing, accounting or similar experience in office management.
• Strong financial acumen skills.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment.

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
• Ability to conduct variance analysis and account reconciliation.
• Experience reviewing and preparing financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience collaborating between IT-driven areas and business areas.

Education/Certifications – Include:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare or similar field is preferred
