WHAT WILL YOU DO.

This individual will perform clerical duties including, sorting mail and correspondence, locating and copying EOB's for secondary claims, compiling and mailing billing survey's, faxing, total IL Public Aid remittance notices, correcting addresses on patient statement returns, maintain pop machine, and other clerical functions as needed. This individual shall maintain a healing environment for employees and patients with a spirit of caring and concern as incorporated in the philosophy of our Catholic healthcare systems while performing all job functions.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience with computers, adding machine and other office equipment (fax, copier, etc.)

Experience with computers, and normal office equipment (telephone, fax, copier, etc.)

Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Must have flexibility to balance priorities, deadlines and teamwork; customer service skills.

Previous experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
