You will also provide valuable accounting and clerical support and collaborate effectively with our sales teams.Essential Functions Reconciles statements and ledgers making sure that payments are consistent with dealership schedulesBill New and used vehicle deals and post into accountingBill wholesales and dealer trades and post into accountingRebate and incentive verification and collectionProcess payments received for new and used car deals and dealer tradesPerform account reconciliationsReview account detail daily to identify issues, errors or irregularitiesProvide administrative support to management, other departments and employees as neededProvide support for and cross train in other business office positionsOther duties as assignedQualifications Automotive Accounting experience required: 2 years (preferred)Dealership Billing experience required: 1 year (preferred)Experience with CDK/ADP preferredBilling Clerk must perform the essential duties and responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodation efficiently and accurately, and without causing significant safety threat to self or others.
