Billing Clerk – Bilingual Spanish/English

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Billing Clerk (Spanish/English) for a busy distribution and logistics environment in Pasadena, TX. This position will primarily be responsible for daily billing, filing, and administrative support while also serving as a backup for the traffic window.
Job Responsibilities
Enter and process daily billing using purchase orders and invoices.
Review billing information for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized files and documentation.
Provide backup support at the traffic window as needed.
Assist with checking in drivers and transporters.
Verify cargo routing and ensure shipments are directed appropriately.
Collect and distribute required shipping and transportation documents.
Communicate with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
Work overtime when needed to accommodate customers and business needs.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of billing, clerical, administrative, logistics, or related experience.
Bilingual in Spanish and English
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with purchase orders, invoices, and documentation.
Ability to interact professionally with drivers, transporters, customers, and coworkers.
Must be flexible to work overtime when needed.
