  Salary: $60, 000–80, 000/year (above Dallas market average!)

  Bonus Eligible: Up to $15–20K annually

  Hours: Start between 7: 00–8: 30 AM, 8.5-hour workdays
  
• 
  Dress Code: Business casual
  
• 
  Perks: $12/day lunch stipend

Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for an analytical, detail-oriented expert who can independently manage complex hospital claims. The ideal candidate has:

• 
  5–10 years of hospital claims, UB-04 billing, denials, and appeals experience
  
• 
  Strong understanding of hospital revenue cycle management
  
• 
  Ability to “dig deep”into aged accounts and identify the best recovery pathways
  
• 
  Experience drafting strong medical appeals
  
• 
  Excellent communication skills with providers & insurers
  
• 
  Ability to interpret payer contracts, reimbursement policies, and coding (CPT, ICD, modifiers)
  
• 
  Comfort working in a research-heavy role focused on older claims
  
• 
  Bachelor’s degree preferred

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage and collect on denied hospital UB-04 claims with accuracy & efficiency
  
• 
  Draft detailed, persuasive medical appeals to maximize recoveries
  
• 
  Investigate aged claims and determine optimal strategies for resolution
  
• 
  Communicate with payers and healthcare providers to expedite outcomes
  
• 
  Analyze claims, coding, and payer rules to identify discrepancies and opportunities
