Job Summary**

The Billing Coordinator I at Primoris Energy Services in Hubbard, Texas, is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing invoices, managing billing inquiries, and supporting the overall billing operations to ensure timely and correct financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities**

* Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to established company policies and client contracts.
* Review and verify billing data, including work orders, service tickets, and material usage, for accuracy and completeness.
* Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries, collaborating with internal departments (e.g., project management, operations) as needed.
* Maintain accurate billing records and documentation, ensuring proper filing and accessibility.
* Assist with month-end closing procedures related to billing activities.
* Communicate effectively with clients regarding billing statements and payment information.
* Generate various billing reports as required by management.
* Perform data entry and administrative tasks to support the billing department.
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications**

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience in a billing or administrative role, preferably within the energy or construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
