Key Responsibilities - Billing & Customer Admin

• 
  
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
• 
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a primary point of contact for callers
• 
  
• Capture and track labor hours accurately
• 
  
• Adjust inventory quantities and units within company systems
• 
  
• Record and reconcile gas purchases and usage quantities
• 
  
• Assist with billing and administrative functions
• 
  
• Support light accounting tasks as needed
• 
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• 
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
• 
  

Qualifications - Billing & Customer Admin

• Basic math skills required

• Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred
