Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist:
- Process and reconcile vendor invoices, customer payments, rebates, and account transactions.
- Review and resolve billing, pricing, payment, and account discrepancies with customers and vendors.
- Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on outstanding balances, and support collection efforts.
- Maintain accurate vendor, customer, and financial records within the ERP system.
- Support monthly reconciliations and collaborate with internal teams to improve billing and accounting processes.
Qualifications for the Billing Specialist:
- 2+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping, or a related accounting function.
- Experience with ERP or accounting software; Epicor Eclipse experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of billing, reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to maintain accurate financial records.
