Billing Specialist

Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Billing Specialist with direct accounts receivable (AR) and billing experience for an opportunity in Deer Park, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience processing invoices, managing billing documentation, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting accounting operations. Job Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and review customer invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Perform billing and accounts receivable (AR) duties, ensuring transactions are entered accurately and on time.
• Maintain and update billing records, customer account information, and supporting documentation.
• Review invoices and billing information to identify discrepancies and resolve errors.
• Enter financial and billing data into company systems.
• Communicate with internal departments regarding invoice questions, billing discrepancies, and account information.
• Assist with filing, document management, and other accounting administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Direct accounts receivable and billing experience strongly preferred.
• Previous experience processing invoices and maintaining billing records.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial information.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, and computer systems.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow up to resolve billing issues.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Location: Deer Park, TX 77536
Pay: $21 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Assignment Type: Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire
