Billing Specialist

• We are looking for a Billing /Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage

the complex invoice process.

Work with the Commercial, Logistics and Operations teams to gather

required data to produce sales invoices.

Sales invoices vary depending on the customer purchasing our material.

Maintain excel spreadsheets with melt results from customers.

Work with the Quality team to record settlements (adjust invoices)

related to results given to us by the customers.

Provide Finance team with documentation needed so they can properly

apply cash received.

Process broker purchases and sales from beginning to end.

Work with Accounting team to determine unrecordable sales or necessary

adjustments at month end.

Work with external Auditors for year end audit request.

Work with our customers to ensure they receive proper invoice and

other required documents to ensure timely payments to us.

Support other locations relating to invoicing.

Work with logistics to get freight invoices coded properly.

Requirements:

Proven working experience as a billing specialist

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet required deadlines

Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to prioritize and work independently

Strong organizational skills

PC skills including Excel

Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Admin
