Key Responsibilities for the Billing Specialist

• 
  
• Manage the full billing cycle for projects, from setup through invoicing and revisions
• 
  
• Review contracts, change orders, and supporting documentation to ensure billing accuracy

• Prepare and issue invoices across multiple formats
• 
  
• Work closely with project managers and clients to resolve billing questions or discrepancies

Preferred Qualifications in the Billing Specialist
