Platinum Home Health Services is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our billing department. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of home health billing, and a commitment to accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support the billing team to ensure accurate and timely claim submission
• Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance billing processes
• Review claims for accuracy, completeness, and compliance prior to submission
• Monitor billing workflows, productivity, and key performance metrics
• Resolve billing issues, denials, and payer rejections in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Medicare home health regulations
• Collaborate with clinical and intake teams to resolve documentation or coding discrepancies
• Assist with audits, billing reports, and process improvement initiatives
• Train, coach, and mentor billing staff on policies, procedures, and best practices
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• ]1 year home health billing experience preferred
• Previous supervisory or lead billing experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payer billing
• Familiarity with home health billing regulations, including PDGM preferred
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with EMR and billing software systems
