Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with piping design for industrial plants
Ability to set standards, routines, blocks, and templates
Skilled in maintaining BIM/CAD libraries (AutoCAD & Revit)
Familiar with developing and documenting standards and industry best practices
Ability to deliver/schedule BIM/CAD training (on-site, remote, or online)
Experience participating in project kick-off meetings and resolving Revit setup issues
Proficient in NavisWorks and 3D software project setup
Capable of managing integrated BIM models and clash detection reports
Active participation in design reviews and clash resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Required Experience:
Associate Degree or equivalent technical training
Minimum 8 years working in MEP disciplines, with 3+ years in industrial project settings
Expert-level proficiency in:
Revit (2021 or newer)
AutoCAD (2021 or newer)
Strong familiarity with:
Navisworks Manage (2021 or newer): clash reports, rules, selection sets
AutoCAD Plant 3D
