BIM Modeler (Full Time, Florida) 6469

What you'll do:

• Develop 3D models in Revit during the SD and DD phases.

• Produce SD and DD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

• Prepare Permit Sets for submission to local authorities.

• Produce full CD sets for delivery to the General Contractor.

• Accurately pick up and implement redlines throughout the SD and CD phases with special attention to detail.

• Handle drafting tasks under the guidance of a BetterPros Project Manager, who serves as the main point of contact with the end client.

• Work on a wide variety of building types, including multifamily residential, condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and other commercial projects (all building types except single-family residential).

What you must have:

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler or Revit Architect.

• Advanced proficiency in Revit.

• Advanced proficiency in Bluebeam for redlines and document review.

• Proven experience working on Residential Multifamily projects.

• Experience on a wide variety of projects (condominiums, office buildings, medical facilities, car dealerships, and similar building types).

• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle (SD through CD) in US projects.

• Hands-on experience with concrete, wood framing, and steel framing systems.

• Advanced English level.

• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.

• Team player mindset with a collaborative, supportive attitude.

• Clear understanding of roles within a project team and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
