This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains production quality, and contributes to a safe and organized work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProductionCatch and band all types and sizes of materials coming off foldersAssemble boxes and power packs before and during production runsRead and follow instructions on bindery job jacketsEnter job information into the PSI system at the start and completion of each jobStock worktables with necessary materials (bands, tape, load tickets, rubber bands)Maintain a clean and organized bindery areaPerform routine maintenance tasks: Blow off machines using an air hoseClean air pump filtersOil folders and sweep floors as neededMix and refill water score systems as neededMove materials to designated locations using a pallet jack or forkliftWork overtime and weekends as required based on production needsQuality ControlReview and understand job instructions prior to starting workMaintain quality standards throughout the production processObtain job approval from a supervisor or lead operatorMinimize material wasteQualificationsEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma preferredUp to one month of related experience or training preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience will be consideredSkills & AbilitiesAbility to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality standardsStrong attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentBasic mechanical aptitude is a plusBenefits:Health insurancePaid time off.Dental insurance401(k)Vision insurance Shift: 5:30 AM– 2:00 PM Pay Rate: $15.00 per hourEqual Employment Opportunity StatementMoore Company está comprometida con la creación de un entorno diverso y se enorgullece de ser un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
