Bindery Machine Operator - 1st Shift

We are immediately hiring a Bindery Machine Operator in Hanover, NH for a full-time first-shift position paying $22.00/hour. This is an excellent opportunity for mechanically inclined individuals who enjoy working with machinery and producing high-quality finished products.
Responsibilities:

• Learn to operate and set up bindery equipment including cutters, folders, stitchers, and perfect binders
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and ensure quality standards are met
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues to keep production running efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

Requirements:

• Experience operating machinery in manufacturing, warehouse, trades, or similar environments
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use basic tools
• Ability to read basic job instructions, measurements, and specifications
• Reliable attendance and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM
