Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone with recent pharmaceutical or biotech industry experience who can independently develop and execute LC-MS/MS bioanalytical assays for small molecules and peptides.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of industry experience, or Master's degree with 2+ years of industry experience in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on experience in LC-MS/MS bioanalytical method development, optimization, troubleshooting, and qualification.
- Experience analyzing small molecules and peptides in biological matrices such as plasma, serum, and tissue.
- Proficiency in sample preparation techniques, including:
- Protein Precipitation (PPT)
- Liquid-Liquid Extraction (LLE)
- Solid Phase Extraction (SPE)
- Experience operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting LC-MS/MS instrumentation.
- Strong laboratory documentation, scientific reporting, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP) compliance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting ADME, Pharmacokinetic (PK), Drug Metabolism, or Clinical Pharmacology studies.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
