[Responsibilities]

• Architect, design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise applications using Blazor, C#, and .NET 6/8
• Analyze business needs and translate requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions
• Enhance, debug, and support existing applications across the full software development lifecycle
• Lead code reviews, contribute to system design, and make key technical decisions
• Implement DevOps best practices, configure CI/CD pipelines, and manage code repositories with Azure DevOps and Git
• Collaborate with product owners, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality delivery
• Provide technical support for production systems, including root cause analysis and performance optimization
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and specifications
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and organizational best practices

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 8+ years of hands-on software development or application engineering experience
• Deep expertise in C#, .NET Framework, modern .NET (6/8), and Blazor development
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, MVC, and RESTful API design
• Strong experience with Git and Azure DevOps for source control and release management
• Proven success in configuring CI/CD pipelines and supporting automated deployments
• Solid understanding of cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and infrastructure-as-code tools (ARM, Terraform)
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments and sprint-based delivery
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, global team with strong stakeholder engagement

[Preferred Skills]

• Experience with automated testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit)
• Advanced system architecture and design pattern knowledge
