Blending Operator

We are seeking a dependable Blending Operator. This position is responsible for preparing, measuring, and blending materials according to production specifications to ensure consistent product quality.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to established formulas and instructions.

• Operate blending and mixing equipment safely and efficiently.

• Follow production recipes, batch instructions, and quality standards.

• Monitor blending processes and ensure accurate measurements.

• Perform quality checks and report any inconsistencies.

• Maintain accurate production and batch records.

• Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.

• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous blending, batching, mixing, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions and measurements.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods.

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
