Blood Bank Manager – Laboratory Leadership

We are seeking an experienced Blood Bank Manager for a permanent leadership opportunity with an established healthcare organization in Central Kentucky!

Qualifications

• Strong, hands-on blood bank and transfusion medicine experience required

• Previous laboratory leadership or management experience preferred

• Knowledge of blood bank operations, quality control, and regulatory compliance

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead and support a laboratory team
