- Interpret and work from blueprints and fabrication drawings.
- Fit, align, and position parts to spec prior to welding.
- Produce consistent, production-grade welds across multiple processes.
- Inspect completed work to confirm tolerances and quality standards.
- Adhere to all shop protocols and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required.
- Demonstrated blueprint-reading capability.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.

- Successful completion of a hands-on welding skills assessment.
Tools & Technologies
- Proficiencies: Tape measure reading; welding setups for production; blueprint reading.
- Equipment: MIG Welder; TIG Welder; Stick Welder.
