About the Role: Brighter Mind Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients across the lifespan
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BT staff
Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to guide clinical decision-making and program modifications
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent and effective treatment
Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to support generalization of skills across environments
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing with the BACB
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar skills-based assessments
Proficiency in designing and implementing ABA programs for individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Strong supervisory, leadership, and mentoring skills for RBT/BT staff
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with families and interdisciplinary teams
Illinois licensure (LBA) or eligibility to obtain required
