Part-time BCBA opportunities are also available $95–$105/hour

Your Role & Impact
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and support to RBTs in a collaborative, hands-on setting
Work closely with families and multidisciplinary team members
Monitor progress through data analysis and adjust programming as needed
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in line with professional and ethical standards
What You Bring
Active BCBA certification in good standing
At least one year of experience providing ABA services to children
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
