    # Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)! Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families? We believe in fostering independence, promoting skill acquisition, and enhancing the overall quality of life for those we serve, while supporting their families every step of the way. ## Responsibilities * Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) to develop individualized treatment plans. * Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. * Provide direct supervision and training to RBTs and other therapy staff. * Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other involved professionals to ensure continuity of care and generalization of skills. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and reports. * Participate in team meetings, professional development, and adhere to ethical guidelines and best practices. ## Requirements * Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. * Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. * State licensure or credentialing as required for practice in Colorado. * At least one year of experience providing ABA services, preferably with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. * Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ## Perks * Competitive compensation package. * Medical, dental, and vision insurance. * Paid time off and holidays. * Opportunities for professional development and continuing education. * Supportive and collaborative work environment. * Flexible scheduling options. ## Equal Employment Opportunity We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
