Eyas Landing - Avondale offers a unique opportunity to provide therapy through our Merlin Day Academy, a fully integrated educational and therapeutic environment for children ages 6-14 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. This is an opportunity to combine Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a school-based, team-driven program that supports every student's growth.Apply today at threebirdsonemission.com/careers!About the RoleAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Department Lead / Supervisor at Eyas Landing - Avondale, you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in our clinic while overseeing a team of BCBAs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:Providing caregiver education and supportDeveloping individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansSupervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessionsCollaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workersProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Total Compensation: $105,000-113,000 which includes:$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pmLocation: 3319 N.
