You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:Providing caregiver education and supportDeveloping individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansSupervising and mentoring RBTs during Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessionsCollaborating with occupational, physical, and speech therapists, as well as social workersProviding mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to BCBAs to ensure consistency in care delivery and growthCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive Total Compensation: $105,000-113,000 which includes:$7,500 Sign-On Bonus Base Salary: $80,000-$85,000Comprehensive Health Coverage (Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance) + Life and Disability InsuranceFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA)Competitive Paid Time Off and holiday allowancesGenerous 401k Retirement Plan with employer contributionsSchedule & LocationSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pmLocation: 3319 N.
