$85,000–$95,000 based on experience
$96,000+ for senior-level clinicians

Qualifications
Current BCBA certification
Active New Jersey BCBA license
Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans that address the core characteristics of autism.
Review assessment findings with caregivers and provide compassionate guidance regarding treatment recommendations.
Develop and update individualized behavior intervention plans.
Provide direct and indirect supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians.
Analyze treatment data regularly and make data-driven clinical decisions to maximize client progress.
Maintain the highest standards of clinical quality, documentation, and ethical practice.
Collaborate closely with the onsite Clinical Director and multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
