The Autism Center of Excellence is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Columbia, MD. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing location with strong demand, an expanding client base, and a newly renovated clinic.

This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys being part of a developing program, building strong clinical foundations, and contributing to the growth of a team and services in a high-potential market.

This is a full-time, salaried position offering a guaranteed base salary with additional monthly bonus potential based on performance. Total earning potential ranges from $85,000 – $105,000 annually.

This is a full-time position that requires reasonable flexibility in work hours to meet client, clinical, and operational needs. Schedules are generally aligned with clinic operations, with occasional adjustments as necessary to ensure continuity of care, regulatory compliance, staff support, and operational effectiveness.
